Where operating discipline gets installed.
Private, one-on-one advisory for owner-operators who've fixed the obvious things and now need standing judgment on the call every week, not another course. Twenty-five years of home services systems work, applied directly to your business, over Zoom, on a fixed cadence.
You already know something is off. You just haven't had someone on the call to name it.
This isn't a course, a cohort, or a template library. It's a standing weekly call — someone who has fixed hundreds of these businesses, thinking alongside you every week.
You're the system.
Pricing, hiring, comp, dispatch logic — it all lives in your head. If you took three weeks off, you're not confident what would still be standing.
Growth outran governance.
Revenue kept climbing. The decisions that got you here are now the ones creating friction — and nobody around you will tell you that directly.
Your leadership team manages tasks.
Meetings happen every week. Almost nothing gets inspected, because nobody has agreed on what the number is supposed to be.
Advice without installation.
You've paid for strategy before. What you haven't had is someone who stays on the account long enough to make sure it actually gets built.
“My advisory work is structured around continuity of judgment, institutional context, and execution readiness — not meeting attendance or time-based utilization.”
Jason Amato, on why these engagements are retained, not booked by the hour
Engagements exist to ensure leadership decisions compound instead of resetting during uneven periods. That preserves momentum, reduces decision risk, and avoids the rework that comes from starting over every quarter.
This is not a coach who shows up for a call and disappears. It's an ongoing responsibility for readiness and continuity at the owner and CEO level — the same standard I'd hold myself to as a partner inside the business.
For years, Ken Goodrich — Founder & Chairman, Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing — called me weekly with no agenda and no invoice, because he wanted a second set of eyes he trusted in his corner. That's the model this practice is built on — not a one-time consultation, a standing seat at the table.
More stories from 25 years in the field →Everything discussed inside an engagement — your numbers, your people problems, your decisions — stays between us. Discretion isn't a policy here, it's the baseline.
Four tiers. Sequencing, not speed.
Every engagement starts at Legacy Impact or, for organizations further along, Double Impact. Triple and Apex Impact extend the work once governance is stable — they're not sold as a first engagement.
Legacy Impact
Double Impact
Triple Impact
Apex Impact
Legacy Impact
A weekly, standing engagement that builds the systems your business runs on, trains the people who execute them, and stays close enough to catch problems before they become expensive.
Building a strong foundation
Custom forms and systems built for your business and industry — plus daily email analysis and daily phone access, so roadblocks get resolved the day they appear, not the week they're finally on the agenda.
Strengthening your team
Live weekly training sessions built around what your team actually needs, followed by hands-on implementation — I don't hand you a recommendation and leave the execution to you.
Driving transformational impact
A monthly seminar-style session that pulls leadership and staff together around advanced strategy — keeping the whole organization aligned as the foundational work compounds.
What this replaces
- Ad-hoc advice that never gets implemented
- A leadership team improvising process instead of running one
- Owner-only institutional knowledge that walks out the door if you're unavailable
- Invoiced the 1st of each month
- Prepay annually, get two months free
- A twice-monthly billing split is available
- No refunds. All sales final.
- Cancellation requires 30 days' written notice
Double Impact
A structured two-touch weekly cadence built to establish operating rhythm, governance discipline, and leadership alignment — without forcing every initiative into motion at once.
What it's designed to do
- Establish a consistent leadership rhythm
- Reduce reactive, in-the-moment decision-making
- Replace intuition with repeatable governance and judgment
- Surface exactly where deeper execution leverage exists
Engagement structure
- Two structured working sessions per week
- Session one: financial intelligence, pricing discipline, sales governance, and KPI review
- Session two: operational clarity, execution gaps, and leadership alignment
When Double Impact is the right choice
- You want to reduce friction without accelerating every initiative simultaneously
- Governance needs to strengthen before scope expands
- Financial validation is still in progress
- The priority right now is confidence, clarity, and rhythm — not speed
- Invoiced the 1st of each month
- Prepay annually, get two months free
- A twice-monthly billing split is available
- No refunds. All sales final.
- Cancellation requires 30 days' written notice
On-Site Intensive
One full day, in your building, with your leadership team. For operators who need a concentrated, in-person working session rather than a standing weekly cadence — and can be booked independently of a retainer.

- Payment is non-refundable
- One courtesy reschedule with 14+ days' notice; otherwise payment converts to a credit usable within 60 days

- Available independently of Legacy or Double Impact
- Limited dates released each quarter
The Foundations Assessment
A direct, working diagnostic across your call center, dispatch, financial, and leadership systems — the same methodology behind every engagement above, sized for a single working session.
See exactly where your business is leaking, before you commit to a retainer.
The Foundations Assessment is the fastest way to get direct time with me while the 2026 Legacy Impact and Double Impact calendar is full. It's also the standard first step for anyone moving toward a 2027 retainer seat.
Home services is where these systems were forged. They aren't limited to it.
Financial Governance
Custom KPIs, real benchmarks, and the owner financial literacy to read your own statements instead of hoping someone else has it handled.
Organizational Design & Ascension Planning
Clear org charts and a real career path for every seat — so growth creates leaders instead of just more headcount.
Compensation Architecture
Pay structures engineered to reward the behavior that actually grows the business, not just tenure or activity.
Leadership Retreats & Off-Sites
Structured time away from the day-to-day that gets leadership genuinely aligned, not just out of the office.
On-Site Training & Morale
In-person sessions built around what your team is actually struggling with right now — not a one-size-fits-all seminar.
Dispatch, Field & Call Center Systems
The trade-specific depth: booking rate, dispatch profitability, and call center execution built over 25 years in the field.
Every engagement is billed and contracted directly through Amato Enterprises LLC.

Questions worth answering up front.
Do you only work with home services companies?
No. Home services is where these systems were built and proven, but the underlying work — financial governance, organizational design, compensation architecture, leadership rhythm — applies to any owner-operated business. If you're unsure whether your industry fits, that's exactly what the Strategy Session is for.
What if I'm not ready for a retainer?
Start with the Foundations Assessment or the On-Site Intensive. Both are standalone, don't require a retainer commitment, and are a legitimate way to work together without joining the 2027 waitlist.
How is this different from a business coach?
A coach asks you questions. This is judgment retained on an ongoing basis — I help build the systems, sit in the sessions, and stay accountable to the same outcomes you are.
What happens to what I share with you?
It stays inside the engagement. Your numbers, your personnel issues, and your decisions are never referenced, cited, or shared — with other clients or anyone else — without your explicit permission.
